ON-DEMAND MANUFACTURING

Vertical Activewear custom makes each item on-demand especially for you. Due to this, items typically ship within 10-14 business days and starts the day after the order is placed.


SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping carrier at this time is USPS - mainly Priority Mail or First Class within the US.  Estimated delivery times within the Continental US for items is within 2-5 business days.

COUNTRIES

Vertical Activewear ships to almost every country and locations outside of the United States. You can select the ship-to country at checkout.

Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic, ship via UPS, and are subject to longer ship times. There are no shipping guarantees on orders sent for further review or for backordered items.

 

AVERAGE TURN-AROUND TIME

Most orders are processed & ship within the Continental US for items is within 10-14 business days.  Business days do not include weekends nor US Federal Holidays - (e.x. if an order is placed on a Friday, fulfillment will be no earlier than that following Wednesday/Thursday or Friday).   If there is a rare situation in which your order will take longer then 10-14 business days to be shipped to you after payment collection, we will notify you via your contact as a courtesy.

 

TRACKING 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the specified tracking number.  Please check your junk mail if the tracking confirmation email is not showing in your main inbox within the appropriate turn-around time-frame.

**IMPORTANT** - The "FLAT RATE" & "FREE SHIPPING" options include USPS First Class or Priority Shipping w/tracking confirmation only!  VERTICAL ACTIVEWEAR is *NOT* responsible & will not reimburse for missing packages if the USPS tracking confirms that package was "DELIVERED".  If you have had packages to become misplaced, please consider the "signature confirmation" option for your order.

 

**All product returns back to VERTICAL ACTIVEWEAR due to non-delivery or incorrect address will be subjected to a re-delivery charge.  VERTICAL ACTIVEWEAR will notify you via your email contact on file to make arrangements for reshipping. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

You have 7 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order. 

All original tags must be attached. For hygiene reasons, we ask that you try on VERTICAL ACTIVEWEAR bottoms and bodysuits over your own underwear. By placing an order at VERTICAL ACTIVEWEAR, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to VERTICAL ACTIVEWEAR. Please refer to our returns policy below for further information on how to return your packages.

Shipping rates are NON-refundable. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a returns label.

 

EXCHANGES:
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

Received an incorrect or faulty item? We're sorry to hear that, please contact us via the contact page or at info@verticalactivewear.com, with further details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. One of our customer service representatives will be more than happy to look into this for you.

U.S. HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.

STEP 1: Notify us of your return prior to delivery by emailing us at info@verticalactivewear.com


STEP 2: Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.


STEP 3: Cover your address label with a returns label 
Return the package by using your local Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.


STEP 4: Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. There is a returns label included in your parcel. If you have misplaced this label, you can contact us for a new one.


STEP 5: Simply return your items to the following address within 14 days of the date on your dispatch note. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.

Vertical Activewear accepts damaged returns for exchange ONLY on items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached. All damaged returns on orders will not incur a restocking fee.

Customer is can request a return label by emailing us at info@verticalactivewear.com responsible for shipping fees to send the item(s) back to Vertical Activewear.

Vertical Activewear only accepts returns on damaged items requested within 3 days after delivery. All products are made to order and FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return or exchange.

Vertical Activewear is not responsible for providing any additional return labels. 

If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable by Vertical Activewear. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

DAMAGES

We are happy to exchange your item if it is damaged. Please contact customer care at info@verticalactivewear.com to request an exchange. Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the delivery date per exchange.

We will not accept returns or replace items that a customer has damaged themselves. This includes, but are not limited to: abrasions to fabric caused by friction and pulling in pixelations causing the holes to rupture. 

CHANGES TO ORDER OR CANCELATIONS

Vertical Activewear items are all made-to-order, therefore we cannot process changes to or cancellations of your order after 12 hours after your order has been placed. 

If an order is placed on verticalactivewear.com and then delivery is refused, you will be responsible for the original duties, taxes, shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from any applicable merchandise refund.

FORCE MAJUERE

Vertical Activewear is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of power sources.
